Psychiatry: An Industry of Death

I watched an amazing DVD today called “Psychiatry – An Industry of Death”, presented by The Citizens Commission on Human Rights. I usually associate the word “amazing” with something impressive or positive. Not this time, however. Quite the opposite.
In this instance it is amazing – unbelievable really – that such barbaric and cruel practices could take place in the name of “mental health”, under the false pretense of “helping” people.
This documentary is very disturbing, horrifying and powerful as it traces the history and practices of psychiatry from its inception to present time.
I must warn you – you will be shocked. But better to be informed.
The bad news is that psychiatric abuses are taking place.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT SOMETHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT.
If we are aware that something is wrong, then we can do something about it! And, people are doing something about it.
