This is a follow-up action to our successful fight to kill bill C-51. The Charter of Health Freedom is designed to be counter-legislation that gives people the right to choose how they are going to deal with their health.
It includes the right to refuse any treatment – which is a right psychiatric patients currently do not enjoy.
